LibertyForge Pro Se is dedicated to the study of law to preserve our rights, make us stronger as individuals and to supervise our government more effectively. Knowledgeable Pro se litigants have real power in the courts. They are not beholden to the court or a Bar card. The capability to maneuver through the courts will enable us to defend ourselves and others from encroachment on our liberties. As we find corrupt officials, we can write our own complaints, motions etc. to get them out of office and into jail.
Our entire financial system is corrupt in a plethora of aspects. The Federal Reserve is a parasite on our economy. One of the greatest deceptions of our time is the hidden truth that all central reserve banking is literally legalized theft. Not satisfied with legalized theft, the banking industry, in the last several years, ignored the rule of law and set up millions of home buyers to potentially face multiple foreclosures for the same property. In addition to the credit default swap/mortgage back securities fiasco, most banks overcharged and/or charged bogus fees at the closing, potentially adding tens of thousands of dollars over the life of a Mortgage. One of the main goals of LibertyForge Pro Se is to find remedies to predatory lending and protect homeowners from economic disaster.
Paralleling financial system corruption is the growing threat to property rights from sustainable development regulations contrary to constitutional principles and the rule of law. While many sustainable development objectives are laudable, NONE of the solutions from government come without surveillance and control of people or property. States, counties and municipalities pass laws, regulations and ordinances in exchange for Federal block grant money and disaster relief. The sustainable development concept of ‘No Adverse Impact’ is being used to deny property owners use of their property. We must find a way to force the legislature and the courts to recognize our rights. Our ignorant government officials are incrementally selling us into serfdom.
We will begin our journey with some terminology and the Jurisdiction training program followed by a study of traffic law to gain a basic comprehension of how law is written, interpreted, enforced and ajudicated. Along the way we will build a tool kit of tips, tricks, legal maneuvers, reference documents and an understanding of where we stand in relation to the government.
